THE YAMELIKA STORY

Some dreams don't disappear. They simply wait for the right moment to return.

Yamelika was born from some of my most cherished childhood memories. It began with a little girl, a needle and thread, and the leftover fabrics from her mother's sewing.

Back then, a small piece of fabric was enough to hold an entire world of imagination. Every outfit I made for my dolls had its own story, and somehow, I always became part of that story too.

As the years passed, those little worlds were quietly tucked away. Life moved on, but the dream never truly disappeared.

Perhaps it was simply waiting for the right time to return.

Many years later, while raising my little boy, I found my way back to the dolls I had never stopped collecting — and to the joy of creating tiny clothes for them. What began again as a childhood memory slowly became something more.

And that is how Yamelika came to life.

Today, every Yamelika piece is designed and handmade by me, one tiny detail at a time. Fabrics, silhouettes and little finishing touches come together not simply to dress a doll, but to create a character, a mood and sometimes an entire story.

Because for me, they were never just doll clothes.

They were always little garments with big stories.
