Every Yamelika piece is handmade with care in small quantities. Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the piece.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact Yamelika before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Yamelika as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Yamelika pieces are designed as collectible fashion doll clothing and accessories. Dolls, shoes, jewelry, props, and other items shown in photographs are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
